Description
Headline: Conquering the Gangway. Smooth Transfers via Batam, Tanah Merah & HarbourFront.
Don’t let stairs stop your treatment plan.
Sea travel is often the shortest route to regional care, but ferry terminals are notoriously hostile to stretchers. Steep gangways, rolling ships, and narrow customs lanes create risk.
We provide “dock-to-dock” muscle. Our crew handles the physical logistics: carrying the patient up steep vessel stairs, stabilizing the stretcher against the ferry’s sway, and liaising with SBF & Indonesian customs so paperwork is done before you arrive. We also provide sweat-proof blankets to keep the patient dry during the humid walk across the pier.
What we solve:
-
The Gangway Gap: We use stair-chairs with tank treads to navigate 45-degree ramps.
-
Customs Liaison: We prep the HCP (Healthcare Corps Permit) so you are waved through.
-
Seasickness Management: Vomit bags and anti-emetics pre-administered before boarding.
Best for: Patients traveling to Batam for stem cell therapy, routine checks, or family visits where mobility is a barrier.
